Any guest, irrespective of where they came from, would automatically think, they were going to be subjected to the Scottish hospitality, we are famous for. Sadly this has disappeared from your Hotel, because of your policy to employ staff, who through no fault of their own, have a very limited gift of the English language. With the result no matter how hard I tried, no matter what different phrases I used, not once was I able o get a fried egg for breakfast that did not have a soft and runny yolk, which I think is very sad indeed, for a £100 a night Hotel. |

The only problem I had was that there was no one at the four seasons reception to show us where the rooms were. There was a lack of staff. I work in a hotel and we would never leave anyone to fend for themselves. |
