The position & views of the sea are good, with easy parking & an easy walk to the town & pier area. We found all of the staff extremely efficient & helpful. The Bolton's Bistro was excellent with a lively atmosphere. For anyone interested in The Art Nouveau period the windows & screens are wonderful! |

The dinner in the resturant was very disapointing and rather expensive. The hotel building, as a splendid edwardian edifice , has great potential but has been ruined in our accomodation by formica and MDF and nasty decor. Great towels though! |

We found that the mattresses on both beds were lumpy (twin made into a double if that is important to you?). A fault with one bedside light was not fixed during our 2 nights there. There was a limited selection for breakfast, but what there was was of a good standard as was the food in both restaurants. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Ideal location for Cromer and surrounding area. Would use again but would hope to find a more comfortable mattress. |
