The Best Western York House commands a stunning sea view position. The hotel has well-appointed standard and executive rooms, many of which offer panoramic sea views. An early morning in the Bermudiana pool is the perfect preparation for a day of business or leisure.
The Verandah Bar has been recently refurbished and is the ideal setting for a glass of wine. Or you could enjoy a bite from our bar snack menu whilst enjoying the views of the beautiful Eastbourne promenade. Our Dining Room menu offers a good selection of English and Continental cuisine using fresh seasonal produce and with a 40 yard sea view terrace.

Poor quality of picture on TV and I was expecting a bigger room as I booked a superier room (due to nice comments written in a review I read on the Laterooms customer feedback) however the weekend stay was nice and relaxing and really very good value.

The room was very dated and cold. The heating did eventually come on but after along time of playing around with the heater.
The floor boards are also very squeaky especially in the room above us.
Good Value for money, the staff were great, very helpful and breakfast looking over the sea was fab. Didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it looked lovely.

Bedroom was a bit dated but clean but the stay was value for money. The buffet breakfast was to a good standard and all the staff were friendly. We were able to park down a side street for free but that was lucky, parking can be a problem, but this is a general problem for most hotels in this area.

booked a seaview premium room(184) ,well worth the money,the room was huge ,as was the bed which was sooo comfy and the room was lovely and warm.Wonderful sea and pier view and seating in the bay window with big sash window and balcony , no complaints at all
