A night stay which was very convienient for the train station and city centre. Very reasonable, nice clean rooms, and you do not have to vacate till midday. We would definately use this hotel again. |

The first thing I would like to say is the reception staff were very good, efficient ladies. They gave us great directions to the house we were visiting in Littleover which was about 6 miles away. One of the ladies drew us an excellent map - thank you. The biggest shock of all was the charge of £9.50 each for breakfast for myself and my daughter and £7.50 was charged for my 8yrs and 6yrs old grandchildren........which I think is disgusting. There was no reduction for children. The 8yrs old had a bowl of cereal and fruit juice and the 6yrs old had a slice of bacon and two very small mushrooms - £7.50 I feel was a total rip off. |

Hotel was a nice hotel, but value for money and quality of staff were very poor. The staff couldnt answer my questions about area, or even provide me a map. I had to use sheets for my youngest daughter as they only provided us with one extra duvet- despite them knowing i was arriving with two children. The trouser press adn iron were both broken. And they wanted to charge me more than the price of the room for breakfast!! ridiculous, I would only ever stay here again if i really had nowhere else to go. |
