placing orders at the bar... order often wrong due to not many of the staff speaking a good grammer of english..
meal at night was extreamly expensive for what you got... would not recormend the buffa at night...
would overall recormend the hotel as it is extreamly nice place to stay and is very relaxing.. like lesuire facilities.
overall it was a very nice stay would recormend this as it is in a great location 2 min walk from train station were you can get around all of london will a all day £7 travel pass....

The evening meal and Restaurant service were excellent, with a choice of buffet or Al a cart menu. The buffet was superb value for money with a variety of choices every evening. The curry evening at £20 could not be better value. The atmosphere and service from all the Restaurants staff was 5 stars.
The leisure facilities had basic gym equipment but adequate, the pool was rather small and crowded with 6 people in, yet ideal for just chilling out or length swimming.

The rooms were fair size rooms, and the only complaint I have is the thin walls and next doors TV blasting through.
