We are a family run hotel.We are well situated close to Lord Sreet with its excellent assortment of shops and convenient for all the many entertainment facilities in the lovely resort of Southport. The Marina, Floral Hall Theatre are all only two minutes walk away from us.

Chris is an extremely polite and friendly person who is very welcoming. The breakfast was lovely and Chris is very accommodating. I would most definitely recommend staying here; the hotel is a perfect location for the town centre and very close for those who want to go to the seafront.

we found chris the owner of the hotel very friendly and helpful.the hotel seems to have been partially refurbished and still seems to be not quite finished. our room was clean and modern with a small bathroom.the hotel is located in a nice street only a short walk to the shops and seafront.there was plenty to eat at breakfast and only needed to ask if you wanted anything at all.i would stay here again if it was to be for a few days,it was good value.

The hotel was well placed and only a very short walk away from all the main attractions. The hotel was very clean and tidy and Christine, the owner, was very friendly. Our car was blocked in the car park by another resident and the staff did what they could to amend the situation. This was the only problem but could have been avoided. Otherwise we had an excellent stay and I would definately stay again.
