Directions to The Peacock
BY TRAIN Trains leave from London Marylebone station to Princes Risborough regularly though out the day. We are a short Taxi journey away. BY CAR From the M40: - Take Junction 6, towards Princes Risborough going through Kingston Blount and Chinnor staying on the B4009. - Just past chinnor, turn left at the Peacock sign and we are approximately 1 mile down the road. From Thame: - Follow the signs to Chinnor travelling on the Thame Chinnor road; you will go through a large roundabout where DAF & BOC are located. - Once in Chinnor you will need to turn left onto the B4009, towards Henton. - Turn left at the Peacock sign and we are approximately 1 mile down the road. From Aylesbury: - Follow signs to Princes Risborough and to Chinnor on the B4009. - Just before Chinnor, turn right at the Peacock sign and we are approximately 1 mile down the road.

We enjoyed our three night stay at THe Peacock. It was very friendly, clean and comfortable. We had good food. We liked the remote venue and the peace and quiet. It was well placed for visiting Oxford, Thame and the surrounding countryside. |
