It is located halfway between Nice and Cannes at a strategic point for access to the coasts and the hills.The apartment complex offers 72 apartments ranging between 25 and 48 m2 comprising a living-room with kitchenette (with extra charge of 15 euros per day), bathroom, telephone, Tv and safe. A wide range of services is provided including a reception, lift, luggage service, launderette, enclosed car park and tourist information...whereas supermarkets, restaurants, stations and much more is available in the immediate vicinity. You can also enjoy the swimming pool located at the top floor, with an exceptionnal panorama.

Room basic but clean and friendly staff. Roof top pool with great views. Good location for exploring Nice and Antibes. Bit disappointed to find we paid full tarriff with Laterooms.

Very good hotel. I was there with parents-in-law and it was good since 4 adults could stay separate in two groups. Good parking place without fee.
