Set within the landscaped grounds of Aston University, Aston Business Schools newly refurbished Conference Centre is only a 10 minute walk from Birmingham's Main shopping area.Because of the central location, you will be able access many of Birminghams key attractions such as the ICC, Symphony Hall, The National Sealife Centre and the National Indoor Arena all of which are approximately a 5 minute taxi ride away.For those visiting The NEC and Birmingham International Airport, a taxi ride will take approximately 20 minutes.We have nearby NCP Carparking and Birmingham New Street Station is a 15 minute walk from Aston Business School.The Conference Centre is the perfect place to stay when visiting Birmingham .With our excellent facilities, we are able to meet all you requirements whether you are staying with us on business or for leisure. We have added 80 contemporary bedrooms to our already excellent accommodation.All of our bedrooms are en suite with TV's, tea & coffee making facilities,direct dial phones and are all Non-Smoking. For those of you who want super luxury, why not upgrade to one of our suites?After a hard days work, you will find our restaurant serves wonderful food served and prepared by our award winning chefs. If you want to try something different, why not try our bright and airy bar where lighter food is served. If relaxing is your thing go no further than our lounge area, with sky television and a bar, this is the ideal place to relax after a hectic day.If you are interested in keeping fit during your stay with us, why not visit the Woodcock Leisure Centre which is just a few yards away. This has a well equipped gym and a full size swimming pool.

Directions to Aston Conference Centre

Leave the motorway at Junction 6 of the M6 if you are coming from the North West or South East (M6), the South (M40) or the East (M42). If you are coming from the South West along the M5, we suggest you leave at Junction 3 of the M5.Leave the M6 at junction 6 and travel towards Birmingham City Centre (A38M). Keep left and take the 3rd exit (Lancaster Circus) just after you pass the overhead ?end of motorway? signs. At this island, take the 1st Exit. Day Delegates take the 2nd left into Coleshill Street (signposted ?Aston University car park?) to get to car park 6. Residential delegates take the 1st left into Aston Street and we are the last building on the left.Leave the M5 at junction 3 and travel along the Hagley Road (A456) towards the City Centre. After about 5 miles, you will emerge from the Five Ways underpass into Broad Street. At Paradise Circus, take the 2nd exit and then after going through 1 underpass, come off the A38 at Lancaster Circus and take the 3rd exit. (read from M6).

It was easy to get to the university but difficult to locate the actual building - However once on site we were very impressed at the standard of accomodation. It is a very modern stylish venue and the room itself was fine. Yes! an upgraded student room, but a very fine one with ample tea making facilities!! We certainly needed for nothing!! The room could have done with A/C and did get a bit warm at times but we just opened the windows to suit.
The restuarant staff were very polite and warm.

The restaurant was of good quality re range of food on offer and its quality, though somewhat over- priced.Very useful being able to stay on same site as conference, and having good food & bar available .White wine was delicious! Staff were very helpful & friendly.
