I was a little concerned about the security of the room once I had left it. There was no key drop-off service as I left after 0800hrs and there was no reception. I called the number for reception and there was no one to answer my call. I left a message saying what I did with the key, but would say that I was (am am still) worried that the room is secure.
I would recommend they improve their security regarding their rooms especially when a guest leaves. To put some kind of drop-off box for key.

Easy to find. Organised. Studio type appartment with bathroom, kitchenette and sofabed lounge. All very clean. Free parking very useful. Owner very helpful and we booked an extra night with ease. x2 rail stations within 10 mins walk providing direct service to waterloo. If weather had been better would have explored park over the road.

BPL was easy to find following the directions given. It was necessary to ring shortly before arrival to arrange first access but this was not complicated. Parking was available as described. Fl 2 is a ground floor studio on the front of the building with its own access. The Road is fairly busy during the rush hours but noise wasn't an issue (with the widows shut.) The bed-settee was one of the best ever and of generous size; comfortable even over several nights. Good bathroom and storage space for a studio. Kitchenette a puzzle; lots of units and some utensils etc but only a combi oven microwave - no hob or toaster, so kitchen usefulness v limited. TV basic dig terrestial but free wifi & ethernet connection. Bushy Park entry opposite and rail 10 minutes walk, Kingston 15 min.

The pictures on the web-site indicate that these are nice sized apartments with bath, sofas, wide screen TV etc. In fact it was quite a small place, there was no bath, just a shower, it was a sofa bed, and the television was so far in the corner of the room that as it was mounted to the wall you could only see it if you sat on the bed. Further to that, being sited on the very busy main road meant that there was almost constant noise throughout the night. With over 150 hotels to chose from in the area all I was looking for was a quiet night in a room with a bath, but I managed to get neither.

First impressions~great idea for business person,.Large room, reasonably clean, small kitchenette with microwave and fridge.Downside~very thin walls, very noisy guests in other rooms~and nobody to speak to! On arrival you have to call the moble number listed on the front door. Shortly afterwards someone returns call and gives the front door code number and room number. Next morning have to call again to request an invoice( this was e mailed to me.)No one to deal with exessive noise problems during night.Heaing very high all night~ and no known method of reducing it.
