Very friendly reception and parking staff. Very and secure convenient on site parking with short notice required for availability of vehicle for day trips. Great service. Will use again if ever in Venice.

Friendly staff,hotel well situated but no communal space for sitting off to relax. Have to go to your room. Small cramped and overpriced hotel. Room was very noisey, do not believe that it isnt - traffic and building work going on. Sat. TV is unwatchable unless you speak Italian or Arabic, no English channels. Tv mounted very high up and bracket broken so at an angle.Room small for a double. Cleaned every day and linen changed

If you want a reasonable priced hotel easy 1 minute walking distance of Venice and the canals etc this is for you. It gives easy access but without the noise and hub-bub of the canals with the water taxis going on noisily til late. A bit of building work happening behind the hotel but nothing too noisy and perhaps finished by now??? Parking tight but very organised with a valet parking type system. We were passing throug on our way to Greece and would happily stay again
