The staff at the Bromley Court are always very professional and helpful. Ther was a diner dance on last time I stayed and they put me in a quiet room--didn't hear a thing but this is a generally quiet hotel. Excellent breakfast, good choice on room service and lovely grounds in summer. The best hotel in this price range I have stayed in in London |

Given the price, I felt that the room wasn't impressive enough to warrant £80 per night, however the staff were helpful and efficient, and the buffet breakfast on Sunday morning was exceptional, and matched that served in a 4 star hotel I recently visited. Room service sandwiches were also delicious. The hotel restaurant menu looked excellent, but we had already made plans to eat elsewhere. I found a sock under the bed, while looking for something, however apart from this, the hotel was very clean and fresh. A good place to stay for people who aren't on a budget, who are wanting something traditionally English, without the "wow factor" of plasma screens . |

The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly - the hotel was tad busy though, but probably due to the low rate. |

Room was very warm despite time of year, heating being switched off and window open. Otherwise very comfortable environs on teh compact side. Asked for a room away from function suite but reception had 3 people looking at hotel layout but still unsure where to locate us There was a large wedding on and the noise was significant. It all stopped at midnight but the long goodbyes in the front carpark which we overlooked lasted a long time! Reception do need to get room allocation for clients not attending functions sorted out. |
