Room was ok but glass door between bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast was extortionate so didn't eat it. Price ok but extras add up. Location very good and quiet. |

This hotel is great. Rooms (if non smoking) are really nice and bar is great (bit expensive but normal for a hotel I suppose). Very close to Marble Arch itself and 2 minute walk to Marble Arch station (round the corner). Very modernistic hotel and ideally located to get about in London. |

Good value for a good quality hotel in central London. Very swish since its refurb, but then I liked it before. Only complaint was that the breakfast was not great - tea poured too soon and cold, fried eggs over-cooked. Also, could have done with an explanation of where the inclusive breakfast was served as I wasted time going to the wrong place. |

They didn't have a record of my Late Rooms booking, which caused some delay at check-in. Unsure whether this was a Laterooms issue or the hotel's. |
