Room was ok but glass door between bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast was extortionate so didn't eat it. Price ok but extras add up. Location very good and quiet.

This hotel is great. Rooms (if non smoking) are really nice and bar is great (bit expensive but normal for a hotel I suppose). Very close to Marble Arch itself and 2 minute walk to Marble Arch station (round the corner). Very modernistic hotel and ideally located to get about in London.

Good value for a good quality hotel in central London. Very swish since its refurb, but then I liked it before. Only complaint was that the breakfast was not great - tea poured too soon and cold, fried eggs over-cooked. Also, could have done with an explanation of where the inclusive breakfast was served as I wasted time going to the wrong place.

They didn't have a record of my Late Rooms booking, which caused some delay at check-in. Unsure whether this was a Laterooms issue or the hotel's.
