As Lord of the Rings afficionados, my daughter (age 19) and I very much enjoyed the ambiance and amenities of The Bell Inn. We had a lovely 2-single-beds room, with desk and table and TV, and full bath. The beds were a bit squeaky and the mattresses could be firmer, but all in all it was a lovely place to stay. Breakfast was full and delicious--one of the best. The pub/dining room areas still look like they could be 16th or 17th century. We loved the authenticity and setting, but with all the comforts. |

The room was large and comfortable, although the bathroom had a strange smell. Nice bar area. Service was a bit hit and miss. Breakfast was alright. |

Convenient to the well located Moreton-in Marsh rail station for visiting the Cotsolds. Very popular pub but did not experience noise issues during sleeping time. Good value comparatively speaking to other Inns in the area. David and Brenda Long |
