Pass Gallions roundabout. Unversity of East London Campus and then follow the signs for Custom House/Canning Town.This will take you onto Victoria Road the hotel is on your right hand side. Please be advised that the Custom House hotel is in the process of refurbishing. There will be minimum disruptions to the guests of the hotel. Guests will still have regular access to the hotel and there will be a minimum or no noise level at all. The work shall be carried out in phases to minimise guest inconvenience. hotel acceptable for rate. please advise any potential guests to be aware of car parking in area. i returned to over £700 of damage to mine adjacent to hotel. take the train if you stay here.

Helpful but clearly bored staff. The room was small but nice enough and the toilet/shower was tiny. The room got cold at night and the heater didn't work, which was helpful. Great location for the hotel though: literally across the street from the Custom House DLR stop.

At £49 for a twin room you just can't go wrong. Hotel was clean and staff really went out of their way. Would recommend for a short stay.

Took a little time to find, but the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was little small but ok, the only thing that we found wrong was that on the night that we arrived was a cold night and the room was very cold and hard to heat, which made us leave a little earlier than expected. But all in all would go there again but only in the summer when it is warm
