Just off the A1(M),the Premier Inn Newcastle Team Valley is easy to locate, with our large free car park it makes a great choice for those driving to Newcastle or Gateshead. Perfect for the keen shoppers amongst you the hotel is a short distance from the Famous Metrocentre. The Hotel is a great base for sightseeing as we are only 2.5 miles from the vibrant city of Newcastle upon Tyne. We offer style, comfort and superb value for money. Our spacious well appointed bedrooms all include, walk in power showers, tea & coffee making facilities, TV, hairdryer, wi-fi and a trouser press. A credit card deposit/bond may be required. Separate Terms and Conditions may apply to groups please contact the hotel for more information.
Bookings of 5 rooms or more are classed as a group booking. Once this booking has been received we will contact you directly with a group agreement to be signed and returned back to us.
We require a 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit 4 weeks prior to the arrival date. The next 50% NON REFUNDABLE is due 2 weeks before arrival and a rooming list is due 1 week before arrival.
Payment in full is to be received 14 days prior to arrival.

The service at the hotel was first class, the staff were very helpfull.

All staff were very friendly and extrmely helpful. We arrived very early at 9.00am and we managed to get booked into the hotel. We even we offered a upgraded room at the same price. We were down for a concert at the Metro Arena and staff were very willing to contact taxis for us.
After the concert, we were unable to get a taxi. I contacted the hotel and they arranged a taxi for myself and my friend to take us back to the hotel.
This is my second year staying at this hotel and I will certainly be back. Clean, friendly and efficient hotel.

I love this hotel, the staff were very friendly & helpful, rooms were spotlessly clean , the bed was very comfortable with plenty of extra pillows & towels.
