This family-run hotel is tucked away in a residential area but still within easy distance of Leeds and Bradford, and is renowned for its service, friendliness, excellent cuisine and hospitality. All bedrooms were refurbished in September 2008.
The small boutique hotel has an excellent reputation for its restaurant which offers good value, fresh produce on both its à la carte and fixed price options. At the hotel you’ll find comfy sofas, a terraced garden, and restful views of the surrounding countryside.
A former mill owner’s house, this Victorian stone building is just a couple of minutes from the A650 main road and the busy heart of West Yorkshire and also for the glorious countryside in the Dales and Bronte country.Close by are Keighley, Shipley , Baildon and Haworth.

An absolute gem. Everything is right about this place. Run by a family with years of experience who go out of their way to welcome you. Thoroughly recomended.

The Sat Nav got us straight to the hotel. Whilst the exterior was not impressive the interior proved to be nicely presented with a modern feel. Clean and the welcoming staff made the stay enjoyable. The reason we picked this hotel was its proximity (5 Miles) to Harry Ramsden’s very first fish and chip restaurant in Guisley. We dined at this Mecca to a later day British national dish and so did not try the evening fair at the hotel. However the Menu looked interesting and if the breakfast was anything to go by the evening food should be good. No lift so anyone not wanting to tackle stair should try to get one of the downstairs rooms. We would recommend the Hotel as value for money.

An old building that has been modernised over the years without losing its old features. This leads to wonderful quirks like having to go down a flight of stairs to get to our room and then once we were in the room we had to go back up to get to the bathroom. Nice hotel , nice location, nice people.
