Shuttle bus transfers back to the airport can be arranged by the hotel concierge.By RoadM4 End onto A4. A4 becomes Talgarth Road and then Cromwell Road. Drive past Earls Court on the right and Cromwell Hospital on the left. A little further ahead turn left into Gloucester Road and the hotel is immediately on right. Parking meters on Gloucester Road with free parking form 6.30pm-8.30am Mon-Fri and from 1.30pm Sat until 8.30am Mon. Also NCP car park 5 min. walk away. By Train:From London Heathrow airport, take the Piccadilly Line direct to Gloucester Road Underground station. This should take approximately 40 minutes. From London Gatwick airport, take the Gatwick Express to Victoria Station. Transfer onto the Circle or District Line and Gloucester Road station is three stops away.

Considering I paid for an executive suite, I was not overly impressed with the quality or size of the room. There was a burn mark on the table, the TV reception was not good quality, the iron didn't seem to work and there was not much space in the room to walk around. For two people, the room seemed crowded.

Friendly hotel just across the road from Gloucester Road tube station. Exceptionally comfortable beds and nice bathroom with good water pressure in the shower. bedroom carpets and some fittings looked a little tired but overall a good place to stay and very helpful staff. Hotel has a small restaurant but there are also a good range of other eateries within a few metres and a Waitrose at Gloucester Road tube station for those who prefer a light snack in the evening rather than a full meal.
