The owner was extremely helpful re local amenities and was very friendly and welcoming. We didn't eat the cooked breakfast (because we don't) and so can't really comment on the quality of the food - it looked good though. VFM - I was surprised that it was £72 per night, I would have expected it to be around £60. |

Especially good points: it has parking, the hosts are friendly and it's an easy walk into Penrith for restaurants, etc. Many facilities and lots of good local information in room. |
