This impressive hotel is superbly located by Junction 9 of the M20 just minutes from the Eurostar and Le Shuttle. Situated centrally, Ashford is an ideal base for touring the beautiful county of Kent. Castles, gardens, shopping centres and picturesque villages are close by. The hotel has recently completed a £10 million refurbishment and now boasts a stunning contemporary décor, luxurious bedrooms with comfy duvets and flat screen TVs and a fabulous brasserie style restaurant, Horizon. Guests can also enjoy the magnificent Reflections – Health, Fitness and Spa with its fantastic 20 metre indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room and state-of-the art Technogym. we were told room available for 2pm arrived at 2.30pm and was made to wait another 45 mins as room was not ready also very very cold

the only concern was we paid in advance and on check out we were asked to pay more we were lucky to have with us your e-mail to confirm the price. We would have had to pay the higher price otherwise.

Breakfast was horrible - overcooked, tea overstewed and cold! It was delivered to the room by a nice man but had obviously been prepared many hours before. Shame!
