Set in the very heart of Bournemouth in Edwardian elegance and just 10 minutes walk from the Bournemouth International Centre and the sandy beaches. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated. The new top floor bedrooms, in particular, are superb and offer every comfort that the discerning business or leisure guest might expect. The hotel is bordered by attractive gardens and guests can enjoy an invigorating swim in the heated indoor pool, set within a glass-domed leisure club. All of the 95 bedrooms that comprise the hotel are well equipped and beautifully decorated, complementing the luxurious Edwardian splendour. The gardens, patio, lounge and Club bar (all with full waiter service) provide ideal settings to relax and enjoy morning coffee, a cocktail before lunch or liqueurs after dinner in the company of friends and family or business associates. M3 and follow signs for Bournemouth, Southampton and M27. Continue to follow signs on M27 for Bournemouth and after passing Ringwood continue on A338 to Bournemouth. Once in Bournemouth and after approx. 4 miles along the bypass look for the large Zurich-Eagle Star building and take the A347 Wimborne slip road and then the first exit at the roundabout down onto Richmond Hill.

Nice hotel, excellent location with friendlystaff.
I stayed on the third floor, where everything was pleasant except the noisy utility lift located nearby - which made a horrible noise every time it was used, which was every 5 minutes.

Service was impeccable and staff very friendly and welcoming. The pool was a little small but we were lucky to be there alone.
The building is beautiful and very well kept. The room was very well located and stunningly furnished.

Very friendly and helpful ladies on reception and rest of staff too.
Excellent central location for the town just about 100 yards from main shopping street and another 200 yards down the chine gardens to the pier & seafront.
Good English-style buffet breakfast. Dinner is very good but expensive - especially if deviating from the standard selection and the minimum cost for wine was £17.50 for half-bottle of house wine - nothing by the glass.
Car parking is essential for drivers and costs £12/day so remember to factor it into the overall room rate.
Comfortable beds but duvets and rooms are too hot (in winter) so open all windows on arrival.
