Leave M4 at Junction 10, proceed towards Reading on A329(M). Take the 1st exit off to Winnersh, Woodley & Earley. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit, bear left as the road forms 3 lanes, signposted Lower Earley. Proceed under the railway bridge and continue to the traffic lights, taking middle or Right lane, carry straight on to the next set of traffic lights and proceed straight down Lower Earley Way North. The Customer service was great on reception, but I have to say the receptionist was great and unbelievably efficient. However she was a little to over the top! bit to Bonnie Langford! But pleasant and nice and approachable.
I have to say the bathroom was dirty when we arrived and I had to clean the bath out before it was used! It was full of hair and residue

We had a beautiful, and very comfortable executive room. Lovely hotel, excellent breakfast, and would definitely recommend it. The only negative point was that after 11.00p.m., you cannot get a coffee, or indeed any hot drink, apart from in your room.
