The hotel was in the Aviemore complex. We had a choice of eating areas within the complex outwith this hotel. The food available was of good standard and we all enjoyed the variety of choice within the complex. All activities were within easy reach and the hotel was very much family orientated. An enjoyable stay was had by all.

It was like staying at Butlins kids running about everywhere which made it hard to use the facilities . Staff were really slow at serving you, and the rooms were basic with no sky or radio channel in room. Had to walk miles to get to our room couldnt use the lift for the parents letting the kids play in it. Will never go there again

room nice and tidy,but staff terrible!! when wanting a drink at the bar in the evening you have to wait while bar staff finish there game of basketball at the nearby amusement arcade(no joke) and very little british people working in hotel,which made communication a bit hard.but cant fault room or price.

Lift in hotel was smelly. Heating in room wasn't working. Didn't receive early morning call. Breakfast very expensive.
