This hotel is very close to Termini so we decided to stay here on our last night in Rome so that we could walk to Termini and catch a train to the airport early the next morning. Not the best area for nice food but i guess you can walk to the more foody areas. Our room was massive and even though it looked out onto the main road it wasnt that noisy thankfully. The bathroom was also really big. Its not really a traditional italian decor but it did the job and i would recommend it for someone who needs to be near the main station. We did not have any problems with the hotel at all. |

The room we got was tiny, but that was sort of expected, being Rome. |

One of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at... Be aware!!! we went away for a romantic weekend only to stay at a hotel were the staff had no manners and were very rude... our bags were stolen from the room and when we advised the front desk they told us that they had no way of checking who had been in our room even though a electronic key card has to be used to get in and out of the room. We had to wait at reception for someone to explain what the procedure was as they do not had an incident book. After returning to the UK I rang numerous times to see if my bag had turned up however, each time a promised was made that a manager will call me no one did... The rooms them selves where small and smelt and on top of that we were woken sharp 7am to the noise of construction work being held at the hotel... |

we found the reception staff could not manage a smile or greeting when we passed through to and from our room, the room was incredibly small but clean. the location is superb but we would not use this hotel again . |
