The hotel was well sign-posted and easy to find. The reception staff were pleasant and friendly and the room was fine. The food in the restaurant in the evening was first-class and beautifully presented and served by well trained staff. However, breakfast was poor and not worth the money. When we arrived at 0815 almost everything had gone and wasn't replaced. A small table-top fridege contained one slice of ham, some packets of prepacked cheese, some plain yogurt and a very small jug of milk. There was plenty of cereal but no bowls. When we asked for two bowls we were told they had run out (!) and offered a cup instead. There was barely enough milk in the jug for one cup of cereal but again they were unable to find any more so we gave up and just had a croissant and black coffee. Maybe this was just a one off - I can't understand how such a good restaurant in the evening could be so poor in the morning. The same charming and attentive staff of the night before couldn't have cared less. I would stay there again and have dinner in the restaurant but not bother with breakfast.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and very quiet, sadly the restaurant menus are all in french and the staff speak very little english. however the scenery is gorgeous, and our room (4) was lovely and had a balcony, plus the room rates were very reasonable. Don't go here if you want entertainment, go here if you want peace and quiet and are happy entertaining yourself.

We received a friendly welcome, the food was excellent and the service was good. The room was well appointed and our only complaint would be that the room was very small.
