The Hotel is brand new renovated and absolutelly spotless-exelent! The staff was very ignorent and seems to be sour in reception maybe because of language problems? The staff in the breakfast room was very friendly and service minded. The breakfast was a big disapointment. It was stated full english breakfast! It was a joke, toast with fried sausages! Unfortunatelly no working airconditioning unit even if was mounted on the wall and it was very hot at our stay. Maybe we where unlucky or they just had a bad day?!? |

Possible the smallest hotel rooms in the world, not the best area of London for safety at night either. But clean and a good shower in the smallest ensuite in the world too. Aircon was broken as well, still not a fully refurbished hotel. |
