The room was in a bulding the other side of the street - couldnt check in til 2 which was aggravating, but I was probably grumpy from a long journey - not too much of a problem really! The room was clean, the staff tried to eb helpful but it seemed the reception was manned by whoever was around - I heard one man tell a customer that he didnt even really work there! Room was clean, had satellite, clean fresh bathroom, large wardrobe. Good location 5 minutes stroll from Metro and Termini. Staff and attitude let this place down - they need to be more professional. Laptop to hire didnt work. Would expect better for the money. |

The hotel was well located, only 5 mins walk from Termini station which had metro and buses to almost anywhere in central Rome. If you are looking for a hotel which is nothing more than a convenient place to sleep after a full day out in Rome then this hotel would be fit for that purpose. However, the hotel room was very small and we were not given a room in the main hotel building but across the street in a different building, which felt as though we weren't staying in that hotel at all. The breakfast is served in a bar across the street, which was fairly good. The staff at the hotel were not friendly or helpful and seemed very overstretched, but we only dealt with them at check-in and check-out so it wasn't too much of a problem. If I go to Rome again I would probably look for somewhere else to stay as there was nothing special about this hotel that I would go back to it, but if I couldn't find anywhere else in my budget, then I would go back there. |
