Arriving into Brighton from the A23, follow signs to the town centre and sea front. When you reach the small roundabout opposite Brighton Pier take the first exit along Marine Parade. Proceed through two sets of traffic lights and just before you get to the third set of lights turn left into Bedford Street. We are half way along on the left hand side facing the sea.

Friendly and accomodating, very clean and comfortable, delicious breakfast. Lots of good local information from Sean, who took an interest in my visit and offered advice on local eateries and transport. Look forward to staying again. |

Shaun and his team were excellent hosts, the hotel was spotless and nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfasts were excellent and Shaun who knows Brighton backwards would recommend restaurants of all types by food quality and price, all of which were within easy walking distance of the hotel. I will definitely stay there again. |
