The rooms was disgusting. There was mould on the walls, the paint was peeling through damp, the bathroom door wouldn;t shut. There were also tiles falling off the walls. A dirty towel didn;t help either, or the poor finish to the rest of the bathroom. |

We were really disappointed with our room. It was small, had a disgusting view and for a four star hotel was very poor. |

Very disappointing room for a four star. It was so small, directly besides the elevator (it felt like it was going through your room); the windows opened onto a roof top which was filthy and horrid; windows havent been cleaned in a century and the paint came off the wall. |

The hotel isn't set up ideally for business customers, the main issue being the £11.80 daily charge to use the internet. Free WIFI is essential in the foyer at least. I |
