we really enjoyed our stay here, the service was fantastic, i called before i arrived to see if it was possible to put flowers and chocolates in the room, it was no problem, and was done with such great taste, my wife was so surprised. The room was very clean, comfortable and has everything you need, the whole house was really decorated to a very high standard and maintained well. The welcome was warm and the food was truely exceptional, we had dinner and breakfast, its really great value for money and i would stay here again and again. Its also a 1 min walk to the sea front, and you can get a bus or tram into the centre in 4-5 mins, or walk in about 15mins, staying here is highly recommended. |

As a group of six, with age ranges between 12 and 65, our accommodation was suitable for all group members. The hotelier, telephoned to clarify part of the booking, to ensure that we were getting value for money, and offered, from the selection available, a choice of rooms. We were also given plenty of information about Blackpool, and Gareth, the hotelier, was very helpful and friendly. We had a very enjoyable weekend. |

gareth the owner could not do enough for you,the room was nice and spotless with complimentary toiletries which were a nice touch if needed.the evening meal and the two mornings we had breakfast were delicious leaving you full but so nice you could eat more, and our little boy could have what he wanted we only had to ask.the location was nice just far enough out of the centre to enjoy a stroll in or a short tram ride away all in all good accomodation with an excellent owner |
