Lovely hotel - although a little difficult to find! In an ideal location to explore Venice. Good service and friendly staff made it a very enjoyable stay.

My room was lovely and quiet, and the venetian decor added to the experience of being in Venice. The bathroom was again lovely and always clean. As the hotel is small the reception desk is not always open, but the staff are very helpful if you need to checkout or have breakfast before the reception is open.

Great atmospheric place to stay. Very friendly staff. Room was, however, a bit small for two people.

The hotel was exactly what we were looking for - a real flavour of Venice!! Ourrooms was small but gorgeous. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast served in our room was a special treat. It was difficult to find as there was only the tiniest sign that this was a hotel (a small brass plaque on the green door) but it gave a specail feeling of staying somewhere hidden and private. I would definitely go back there, the location was fantastic, minutes walk from all the sights - just loved the place!
