Badly signposted, I had a garden chalet room, which was damp and a nasty musty smell filled the room. Hotel was fully booked so could'nt change rooms, next morning shower didn't work so had to have a bath.
The whole hotel is in need on some renovation.
Bar mea was £11.95 for a very poor steak sandwich with 4 chunky chips!
lager was £3.50 a pint which is fine in London, but not here, all in all a very unpleasant experience.

This hotel is a little tricky to find as there is a small blue hotel sign on the main road which is on a dual carriage way so dont drive too fast or you'll miss it! As you enter the hotel grounds you are met by a lush golf course & a long drive way up to the hotel. The staff were very helpful, the grounds well kept apart from a run down tennis court. It only took 10mins bus ride in2 Cardiff Millenium Stadium & the bus stop is at the end of the drive way. A taxi back was about £16. The breakfast was high quality & in a beautiful set room. The swimming pool, sauna gym etc were great, newly refurbished and clean, although no children allowed before 9.30am in the pool. Our room was clean, comfortable & quiet 2sleep all night. Plenty of parking even with a wedding party there. We would definately stay here again!

The room was verp pleasant but was let by the en-suite water temperature. It took ten minutes for the water to get hot. The ambiance, food and service in the restaurant was good.

Lovely surroundings, room was roomy and cool, cleanliness okay but taps, shower and toilet could do with a deep clean. Otherwise no problems
