This hotel is very Bizarre. The reception is such a strange mish mash of styles it puts you off as soon as you walk in. However, my room was clean and very nice - apart from the fact that it was very hot. I had already read a review that told me the rooms were hot and had no problem with this as I am usually a cold person however it was extememly hot. I had the room service which took two hours to get the correct meal to my room the food was ok. |

The Royal Toby is a very impressive hotel and excellent value for money. The breakfast is very good, buffet style at the weekend and waitress service through the week with a good selection of continental and English food available. The rooms are of a very good standard. |

Nice hotel. Bar/waiting staff excellent and very helpful. Reception staff professional but not quite as helpful as other members of staff although they were busy. Would return and re-use with pleasure. |
