City centre located and formally a silk warehouse, the building was converted to a hotel in 1982. Spacious bedrooms are formed on 5 floors and many have the high windows associated with the Victorian period. Don't get fooled by the look of this hotel from the outside. Once inside this hotel is very good for the cost and is ideal for the centre of Manchester.

the hotel was convenient friendy and comfortable, if a little jaded. the roomservace breakfast was of a good standard arriving to the room hot.

Reception Staff and night very helpful and friendly , car parking facilities is NCP car park and even with hotel discount adds quite a bit on the bill. Hotel clean and tidy, food and drink typical hotel prices, and as its on the edge of china town eat there instead.
