Good central location and pleasant staff, but the room was scruffy, toilet didn't flush properly and there wasn't a hairdryer in the room. Don't bother eating in the hotel. |

No car parking available so had to find alternative. The bedroom was very small with double bed against wall. The furniture was badly worn and chipped. It was very stuffy and noisy as we were on the front of the hotel. The bathroom window would not open, very stuffy. Although the cost was reasonable the whole experience was not. The stairway and bedroom was shabby in much need of decoration. |

Very central hotel. Clean and friendly. Breakfast was outstanding and great value for money. The room was cosy and well decorated and the bed was comfortable. The only problems we encountered were a faulty TV aerial which restricted us from watching the news in the morning and as it was pouring with rain, there seemed to be a leak which caused a largish wet patch on the carpet in front of our bed. Once the rain has stopped, the wet patch seemed to have dried up. Safe and secure parking and really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend. |

Location of hotel is good - very central. Hotel staff were very helpful but seemed a bit stretched when we arrived so we had to wait for quite a while to be served. reception area was quite small to deal with numbers of guests trying to check in. Room was extrmely comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was extremely good and we would certainly recommend the hotel. |
