This is a poor quality hotel. Probably the worst I have stayed in Doncaster. Definitely not 3 star. The room was very small. The heating very variable....too hot or too cold...when you want the opposite! One lift which is temperamental and not signposted for ground level...plus stops with one hell of a jolt. Water temperature in the bathroom is either scalding or cold! Doesn't sound too bad?...just you try it! Cleaning of the room is poor with old hair clips left on the table and coffee not resupplied. Car park closed when we returned at 11.00pm. Staff quite short and brusque. But the disco played till 2.00 am...which you can hear in your room clearly. Towels small.....take your own towels. Bar closed on return...though we were told we could gate crash the private party if we wanted....we declined.

The receptionist was unpleasant and stroppy and unhelpful. The room was cleanish. The shower dripped all night and the heating was on all night without the ability to turn it down. Room service was requested within the time specified that it would be with the response from the receptionist stating that the kitchen was closed.
