I enjoyed my stay. Although there was a mix up in the booking, the staff were so efficient and nice in sorting it out. I have stayed there twice now and would stay there again. |

We had breakfast only so cannot comment on the evening meal, however breakfast was a bit of a dissapointment. I was surprised to find that I would have had to pay £2.50 extra to get a full breakfast otherwise it's just a mini version. I can understand costs are important but when a hotel advertises 'full English beakfast' then it just leaves a feeling of being shortchanged when you don't get it, espescially in light of other hotels which do a buffet breakfast. The rooms were adequate but are in need of updating. |

Despite reviews to the contrary the hotel was very easy to find. Once we arrived the receptionist was very helpful and we were upgraded to a better room without asking!!!! |
