We are in the hearth of Florence, on the caracteristic left side of Arno River.The Hotel is located in Piazza del Cestello, near the "Chiesa del Cestello".Some rooms are with a view on the river and on "Chiesa di Ognissanti"5 minutes from the main railway station S.M.N. the Hotel is very good starting point to walk in few minutes to historical and artistic monuments and to the famous streets for shopping.

By car The hotel is 3 km from the highway. Exit at Firenze Certosa and continue in the centro direction. Follow Porta Romana and viale Petrarca. Then via Pisana and Porta San Frediano until you reach piazza di Cestello. By train The Santa Maria Novella railway station is 10 minutes, on foot, from the hotel. Follow via dei Fossi then piazza Goldoni and ponte Carraia. Take lungarno Soderni until you reach piazza Cestello. By airplane Florence airport is a 15 minute ride from the hotel. Take the Firenze Nord exit from the highway, or a shuttle bus to the central station.

    We stayed for 2 nights and we loved it. The location was excellent. Very close to the centre but very quiet. The Hotel is run by a family and they were very friendly. Great job and Thanks for everything

    This hotel was in an excellent location just down the road from Ponte Vecchio and away from the noisy centre but within easy walking distance. The staff were really friendly and the rooms we had was quite a big size. The television was a number of years old but this didn't make any difference since we were there to see the sites.
    The hotel is just above two restaurants. One of them is called Pane and Vino and I would strongly recommend not to go there. The food was overpriced and poncey.

    This is a wonderful little hotel in a great location on the south side of the Arno, where everything is cheaper than the city centre but within easy walking distance of the main historical sites. Good inexpensive restaurants close by, the family run hotel exudes an air of genuine friendliness and I can´t recommend the place highly enough.

    Thankfully this is a nice little hotel away from the manic centre of Florence. After tussling with the hoardes in the centre the last thing I'd want is a hotel surrounded by them - so this was a welcome relief. Situated on the south-bank just a five to ten minute walk from the main station and pretty easy to find. The room wasn't anything to write home about but provided a decent base from which to head out.
