The Three Tees

21 Carminow Way, Newquay

The Three Tees is a non-smoking family-run 9 bedroom licensed hotel with a friendly & informal atmosphere. We are situated in the quiet Lusty Glaze area of Newquay, a short walk from the beach, & 10/15 mins walk from the town centre. Children & Pets welcome - we do not cater for groups. Rated AA 3 Star Guest Accommodation, AA Red Diamond Award 2005-2007, Highly Commended 2007-8.
All of our non-smoking bedrooms are fully ensuite or with private bathroom, and have colour televisions and tea/coffee making facilities. Adjacent to our large dining room is a cosy bar and conservatory, opening onto an attractive fully-enclosed garden. A collection of childrens books, videos and games is situated in our large, non-smoking lounge.

By Train/Coach- We're less than 5 minutes ride by taxi from either station.
By Plane- We're a short 6 mile hop from the airport.

Hotel lounge and gardens were lovely, owners friendly abd helpful, food was excellent. Good value for money we would definitely stay here again.

Good location. Owners very helpful. Sound insulation wasn't great which wouldn't be a problem if you don't have noisy people coming back late at night.

Very clean family run hotel. Although it is a dog friendly hotel, families with dogs stay in separate building. The hotel is also very good for families with young children. Conveniently located near train station, cliffs and shops.
