I was extremely pleased with the hotel. It was great value for money, the staff were really helpful and the location was close to Oxford St and a short walk from the nearest tube station. I would definately stay in this hotel again and would recommend without hesitation to others. |

we had a very enjoyable night at this hotel...the room was very spacious with a great view over Grosvenor Square and the full english breakfast included in the price was very good. It is in a great location for walking to the theatres of Shaftesbury avenue and Soho...we will definitely use this hotel again. |

Excellent hotel. On arrival we were upgraded free of charge from a standard double to a suite. |

Hotel was very good. Location was excellent for shopping and for quality restaurants. Got a free room upgrade which was very nice. B&B rate is well worth the money because the breakfast is £21 per person! There was a small problem that our room wasn't ready when we arrived but it wasn't a big issue for us. |
