I was extremely pleased with the hotel. It was great value for money, the staff were really helpful and the location was close to Oxford St and a short walk from the nearest tube station. I would definately stay in this hotel again and would recommend without hesitation to others.

we had a very enjoyable night at this hotel...the room was very spacious with a great view over Grosvenor Square and the full english breakfast included in the price was very good. It is in a great location for walking to the theatres of Shaftesbury avenue and Soho...we will definitely use this hotel again.

Excellent hotel. On arrival we were upgraded free of charge from a standard double to a suite.
The room is excellent, very comfortable. The pine bar is an excellent bar, with live music and attentive staff.

Hotel was very good. Location was excellent for shopping and for quality restaurants. Got a free room upgrade which was very nice. B&B rate is well worth the money because the breakfast is £21 per person! There was a small problem that our room wasn't ready when we arrived but it wasn't a big issue for us.
