The hotel was excellant and the location great for going out plenty of bars and clubs nearby. There was a problem with our billing which was very irritating but the staff did everything they could to help. I would recommend the zetter to anyone.

i got the zetter hotel at the very last minute and it was the best hotel iv stayed in, for a small hotel everything was excellent the food was 5star in the restaurant and the customer service was very good, the contemporary look of this hotel was amazing, your 5mins away from all the shops and the bus stops outside the hotel.

Good quality. Internet in room but separate charge to use the rooms computer. No hairdryer supplied but good facilities other wise. Lower score for price when compared to other hotels in country however price is average for central london location.

Great, fun hotel. Good location. Only downside was, on returning to my room at 6pm it hadn't been made up. I was told it would be done in a hour and came back up from the bar but it hadn't. It made the weekend a little less sparkly to get ready to go out for the night in a messy, damp towels, used glasses, kind of room. Maybe a one off- Otherwise, had a great time! Would recommend.
