Easy to find, food was was gorgeous, room was small but decorated beautifully and very comfortable. Choose between fine dining at a reasonable price or eat in the bar. We chose the former and it was wonderful. Plenty of car parking. |

The hotel factilities and decor are excellent. They gym is particularly goog for a non-spa hotel gym. All else is a dissapointment. The room service menu is very poor; the most limited I have seen for a long time - burger and chips, scampi & chips, pasta with tomato sauce, curry or sandwiches. No side dishes, vegetables, salads nothing. Breakfast room service no choice and sounded very Travellodge. I had room only rate and was made to feel like a 'risk' - I paid on arrival and at breakfast they completed a charge chitty and got me to sign it before they even allowed me to sit down! Appearance - first class. Customer service and approach - basic. |
