From the airport: Renia Hotel Apartments located in the village of Agia Pelagia, 20 km from Heraklion airport, 18 km from port / downtown Heraklion (Iraklion). From the airport take the new national road Heraklion-Rethimnon-Chania (to the west side of Crete), after 20 km first exit "Agia Pelagia". We are located in the center of the village on the main street to the beach after the large public parking area and on the left side of the street. By Taxi: Taxi from the airport(=<30euros) Taxi from the port (=<25euros) By Bus: There are five buses a day from Heraklion directly to Agia Pelagia.     We arrived late (23.00) in the evening to be met by an excellent host (Michael) who made us feel very welcome. The apartments we really clean and excellent value for money. The beach was only around 5 minutes away with loads of restaurants to choose from , supermarkets also very handy. Would definitely go again.
