No hot water due to broken boiler, but was resolved second day!
Food on menu was limited, could do with a more extensive menu to meet all guests tastes. Leisure facilities were good. Lincoln is very historic & hilly, good for those who can climb hills. Very quaint & interesting town! Enjoyed our stay & will return in the future!

We received a warm welcome from friendly, efficient staff. The room was very good and the use of the leisure suite and pool were an added bonus. The evening meal was excellent as was the breakfast next morning. The staff were helpful and courtious and made our stay very enjoyable. We would be happy to recommend the hotel to family and friends and will certainly consider another visit ourselves.

Breakfast was very good and wel worth the money. Staff were very helpful even at 2 am when partner was taken ill.
