The hotel was fine, apart from booking a double room and they gave me a twin, I was too tired to go and complain, but the bed was ok. The room itself was nicely laid out and the bathrrom was ideal. Thinking about it now, I should have booked the Crown Plaza, which I could booked for the same price and saved on the NCP parking! |

Unfortunately the hotel rooms are jaded. The grout was missing from many bathroom tiles and the mattress was something I would expect at a poor bed and breakfast. The price tag was not justified in the slightest as ther are many hotels with much more comfort and quality in better locations close by on the Albert Dock. If this hotel doesn't get a major makeover soon it will suffer in the long run. |
