OK hotel for the money, butnothing special. Room was very small and incredibly hot. However, lots of street noise so not possible to open window, if you want to get any sleep. Nice toiletries. Shower clean but a bit dated and very small. |

This hotel makes an excellent base for a holiday in London. It is situated in a quiet hotel area near Kensington Gardens and is close to buses and tubes. Rooms are small but well-equipped and all the staff are friendly and efficient. There is a small well-run breakfast restaurant with an excellent continental breakfast buffet. Full English breakfasts are also available. Queensway and Westbourne Grove are nearby with literally dozens of popular restaurants for eating out locally at night and Whiteleys shopping mall on Queensway has a multiscreen Odeon cinema showing latest films. We have stayed here before and will definitely return. |

As per a complaint that I have already emailed through to Late Rooms, I had booked a double room but having checked into the hotel, I went to my room to find it was a horrible small damp single room. I phoned up reception and questioned the room sayig I had booked a double room and the response I got was that they had got no doubles left! I was eventually moved to another room but it was a twin room, although bigger it still only had single beds. I had booked into this hotel on purpose because they had doubles available (or so I thought) where others didn't. I got no refund/compensation or real apology for this. |
