The welcome and help of the owner during our stay could not have been better or friendlier. The room was nice and very clean, bathroom and beds were of good quality. In addition to the high quality of the amenities and the kindness and helpfulness of the owner, another important point is that it cannot be exaggerated how centrally located this lovely little hotel is. We much preferred it over the 5 star hotel in Brussels where we had stayed the nights before - I would stay at the Hotel Botaniek again without hesitation. Highly recommended. |

My sister and I had a lovely stay in this hotel - the owner was very helpful and friendly, the hotel is in a great location for the centre of Bruges. We arrived early morning and were permitted to leave our luggage in the hotel bar until check –in. |

Lovely hotel with very nice staff in a great location. It had an ideal family room on the first floor and you are right in the heart of the old town. You pay sightly more for the location but it was worth it if you are only staying a short time and want to maximise your time. |
