Stayed here for 2 nights, in order to hire a Morgan from nearby Malvern. The Hotel was fantastic, and we hope to visit again very soon! A lovely stylish hotel, but with everything there to make staying with children easy. The room was a nice size, the cot wasn't in the way at all and nice touches in the room. The baby listening service was useful, we went and had a quick drink and bite to eat once our son was in bed - just as relaxed as being at home. We didn't eat in the main restaurant, but had some lovely food from the lounge/bar menu, especially good homemade biscuits which came with the tea! There was plenty to keep everyone happy. I had a superb pregnancy massage in the spa (a 'facial' for my bump, and massage for my tired legs!). My son went to the creche (which we have never done before), we would have been silly not to use it though, there were 2 lovely women and there was only one other child there at the same time. The creche was a lovely new building with lots of toys and an outdoor area - so he seemed very happy to be there! The pool wasn't huge, but perfect for size of hotel, we were the only people there the few times that we used it. The grounds were really nicely kept, lovely for a stroll after having tea, there was also a great playground area. I really can't think of anything to fault the hotel for, perhaps the cooked breakfast was a little small, I would have liked a slice of smoked salmon rather than pieces in the scrambled egg - but that really is being picky! I didn't realise we would be able to enjoy staying in hotels with a toddler, it really was a fantastic suprise! |

Lounge Menu was good quality, but drinks can be expensive. Customer service was excellent. Good setting in lovely grounds. Would definitely use again. |
