Modern recently built very spacious apartment suites for those who require more than just one room. Each has its own beautiful lounge and fully fitted kitchen.PRIVATE PARKING on site, one car per apartment. The Apartments are 3 star graded, each with two bedrooms 1 Double and 1 Twin room and all but one having two bathrooms and two W.Cs. Situated in a quiet area off Windermere Village and only 200 yards from shops,pubs and restaurants. With excellent travel links, it is easily accessible with motorway access off M6 Junc(36) and bus and train station only 5 mins walk.FREE use of nearby Parklands Leisure Centre and Swimming Pool Complex included.STRICTLY NONE SMOKING.Continental Breakfast can be served in your apartment for an additional charge, ask for details on arrival.
ALL BANK HOLIDAYS ARE FOR 3 x THREE NIGHTS MINIMUM INCLUDING EASTER,XMAS AND NEW YEAR PERIODS/VALENTINES DAY ETC.

*NON SMOKING HOTEL* By CAR from North or South take M6 Motorway Leave at Junc (36) follow signs for "A591 WINDERMERE" only DONT turn off ANYWHERE until you run out of road,Do NOT follow A590 or ANY BROWN SIGNS for "WESTERN LAKE DISTRICT" or "LAKE DISTRICT PENINSULAS" you will be taken miles out of your way,basically IGNORE- ANY -BROWN -SIGNS!!(*NOTE* SLOW DOWN as you approach the village of "INGS" about 10 miles from junc (36) and 2 miles from Windermere there are Two Gatso/Specs SPEED CAMERAs and a 40mph limit make sure you are doing NO MORE than 40mph through "INGS", DONT EXCEED it,if you do it will NOT "make- your- day") on entering Windermere follow signs for Windermere - Bowness Town Centre(this is not a town it is a small village,so if you make a mistake dont panic just go round again)first land mark is the Motor World Shop on your left,immediatlyafter passing this shop turn left on to OAK STREET, "OAKDENE" is 200 yds up on your right hand side in a very large modern white two storey detached building past the first block of flats,park in one of the spaces provided.For keys call at "OAKDENE" No 98,any problems call ,015394-44575 or mobile 07968315825.By Train you MUST CHANGE at "OXENHOLME" from North or South, a branch line will take you direct into Windermere the train goes no further than this,we are 5 mins walk away just follow the road down through the village (ask anyone) or take a taxi cost about £2.50.Please note all credit card payments are charged a 3% handling fee

The apartment was reasonably pleasant although in the evening and early morning was very cold. The "Sky television" which the apartment was claimed to have was a bit of a disappointment - consisting of terestrial channels and nothing else -
The owner was very... helpful to say the least and gave us ideas of "good" restaurants and things to do during our stay in windimere
the apartment was situated in a great location and in a nice part of the town.
All in all a nice place to stay despite the coldness of the room and non-existant Sky television. 7/10

Owner lives next door to apartment and showed us round the apartment making sure we knew how everything worked etc. 2 bedrooms - twin was ensuite. Double room not a lot of space. Living room/ open plan kitchen dining area very spacious with all appliances and lots of crockery etc... Easy found from directions and within walking distance of shops/pubs/restaurants. Car parking in front of apartment. Quiet residential area.
