Both the early and nighttime receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The room, on the 4th floor, was clean, tidy but so very hot! Also, no matter how carefully I trod, the floor boards in the room creaked like a haunted house. My 'neighbour' chatted to his wife, via the internet, until 02.40 the next morning. I could hear every word. Perhaps too much. So be warned, the walls aren't soundproof. |

great for parking (on street) via a voucher system- £3 day - others seem to charge £15. Hotel a little aged but clean and staff very attentive. Room small and always hot but windows were openable. very regular bus to centre of brighton runs from top of road- (plus night buses) |

Great place to stay - right on the front (across Raod) and easy cheap parking which is a real plus, but it is a good 25min walk to the pier. We found that ok as we had plenty of time and the weather was good. Hotel is very quiet which means you get a good sleep and linen very clean and crisp and white |
